Whether you are an operator, team leader or superintendent, this course will give you the tools and skills to be successful in leading others in a diverse workforce. Learn the difference between a leader and a manager, how to effectively delegate work and set realistic goals and expectations, and how to document performance and provide constructive feedback. Other topics will include performance evaluation dos and don'ts and how to reward and recognize good performance.
