How we breathe directly affects how we live. Our state of breath affects our body, mind and emotions, our quality of available energy, our CNS status and our intuitive availability. Shallow rapid breathing deprives the body of oxygen and potential energy, and chronically activates our CNS “fight-flight-freeze” response, often unconsciously. Explore how practicing breath awareness, breathing aptitude and breath optimization can become an exit ramp from mindlessness to calm, intuitive, mindful conscious clarity.
