The stretches and simple yoga postures release tension and bring flexibility to the shoulders, neck, back, hips and legs. For beginners, those with specific limitations or recovering from injury, or experienced students desiring a more relaxed pace. Wear loose-fitting clothes and bring a yoga mat to class.
