Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a highly acclaimed treatment for dysregulated individuals with personality disorders. Since its inception, DBT has been reconceptualized and the utility of the therapeutic techniques used outside of inpatient clinical settings and across many other conditions characterized by emotional dysregulation has been well established. Specific applications and adaptations of DBT for outpatient settings will be explored. 3 clock hours.
