Improve muscle strength, coordination, and balance with this structured workout designed to enhance mobility and reduce the risk of falls. 

Through a mix of resistance exercises, bodyweight movements, core strengthening techniques, and balance drills, participants will build a strong foundation for daily activities. Using equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or a balance bar/chair, this class is accessible to all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for older adults, beginners, or anyone looking to boost stability and confidence in movement. Bring your own exercise mat.
