Learn how to prepare a project for grant funding and identify grants that align with your objectives. Gain insights into the College’s internal grant application approval process. Develop skills to read and draft compelling grant applications, including narrative and budget components. At the end of the class, you will be able to utilize grant search tools effectively, outline potential grant projects, assess the suitability of grants for specific projects and the College, navigate the College’s internal grant application approval process, analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) critically, formulate strategies to assemble an effective grant application team, align grant applications with RFP requirements and evaluation rubrics, apply best practices in drafting grant narratives and create fundable budgets.
