Learn techniques to troubleshoot activated sludge problems and control strategy. Review the microscope selection process and cost factors, and the proper use and care of a microscope. Get an overview of microscopic evaluations, sampling, flocculation, filaments, toxicity, overall health, slide preparation, maintenance, staining techniques and sample examination, Also review organism identification and the effects of the presence, absence, mobility and organism type on water and wastewater process control.
