This interactive professional development session is designed for college leaders seeking to understand, prevent, and address the complex challenges of moral injury and burnout within higher education. Participants will explore the distinctions between these two phenomena, recognize their signs in themselves and others, and examine how leadership decisions and organizational systems contribute to their emergence. Through guided reflection, peer dialogue, and strategic planning, leaders will identify actionable steps to foster moral resilience, promote well-being, and lead with integrity in the face of institutional pressures.
