Welding Cert Prep is an advanced course designed to prepare students for the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 Structural Steel certification exam. Students focus on refining welding techniques, improving weld quality and consistency, and applying industry standards in a certification?focused environment. Emphasis is placed on positional welding, adherence to specifications, and exam readiness. Cost of the course includes the AWS test plate and evaluation. For safety reasons, students must wear long?sleeve shirts, long pants, and hard shoes. Prerequisite: Welding II or equivalent experience.
