Thank you for your interest in Carroll’s Class A, Commercial Driver’s License Program. To be accepted to the program, individuals must complete an Application for Consideration, be a minimum of 18 years old, have a full Maryland driver’s license with a clean record, and successfully pass a physical examination through a licensed medical examiner as required by the Department of Transportation. The $100 fee associated with this pre-program acceptance step is NON-REFUNDABLE and covers the cost of the DOT physical. Contact Carroll’s program coordinators at 410-386-8095 with questions and/or to receive the program application and DOT physical instructions.  Students must complete this requirement at least 5 business days in advance of the CDL program start.
