Start a career as a dental assistant! Build your career with related training in oral radiography and radiation safety. In response to the recent conversion of the national certification exam to a digital platform, Carroll's state-of-the-art dental lab is now equipped with a fully functioning x-ray arm, digital sensor and dental x-ray manikin. Students in the College’s Dental Assistant program are now able to practice taking digital x-rays in the classroom throughout their training. This hands-on experience is invaluable in preparing students for the workplace and for the national exam.

Important Cost Information:

  • Carroll County residents: DEDUCT $10 per course
  • Maryland Non-Carroll County residents: DEDUCT $5 per course
  • Maryland Senior Adults: pay fees only. Fees are detailed in the shopping cart and on your receipt.
