Topics covered include the following systems: structural, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, insulation and ventilation, fireplace and solid burning, and heating. Includes tips on starting your own home inspection business. This course has been approved by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors to provide the home inspector pre-licensing training required to receive a home inspector license in Maryland.
